The company Monaco 95 Trading Lda owns shares in S.C.A. Castel
Monte Carlo.
Every group of S.C.A. Castel Monte Carlo shares entitles the
holder to enjoy a fixed holiday in an apartment of the Residence
“Le Castel 1” situated in Monte Carlo 9, Avenue
Crovetto Frères, depending upon the shift calendar.
The groups of shares cannot be divided, they can be transferred
through sale, inheritance, donation etc. with the transcription
to the registry office.
S.C.A. Castel Monte Carlo cannot carry out an employerial role,
its Managing Director must only manage the property. All other
decisions and tasks must be deliberated at the Owner’s
Assembly.
As a consequence the company is not subject to risks of any
kind which are outside of the management of the property.
The cleaning services etc. can be carried out by S.C.A. Castel
Monte Carlo or contracted to a managing company. Directions
can only be given by the General Manager.
